Stefanie Scheurer has a strong passion for complex entrepreneurial challenges. Over the last 20 years, she has extremely successfully built up several MedTech start-ups and restructured business units. She has held senior management roles in strategy, market access and sales in three of the world's leading life science companies (Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Stryker). 

She has been making this in-depth medical technology experience available to start-ups and SMEs since 2024 by founding Scheurer MedTech & Healthcare Consulting. The consulting company focuses on go-to-market and launch strategies as well as sales. 

Stefanie has many years of experience with innovative, disruptive and complex technologies from a wide range of indications such as stroke, diabetes, vascular diseases and hemostasis management. She has covered areas such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, telemedicine and personalized medicine. Her broad expertise includes software, hardware and consumables, covers inpatient and outpatient areas and extends from acute treatment to rehabilitation. 

Stefanie is characterized by assertiveness, agility and a can-do personality. Thanks to a high degree of adaptability and cultural openness, she has worked successfully in many different European markets. Stefanie studied communication sciences at the LMU Munich and business administration at the Fernuni Hagen.
