Jörk Hebenstreit is co-founder and shareholder of AGILEUS Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in the agile organizational transformation of innovative mechatronics companies, with a particular focus on industrial goods and medical technology. With his team of employees and free-lancers, he provides (agile) consulting, organizational development incl. change management, process improvement, strategy consulting, leadership development as well as 1:1 coaching.

The main part of his consulting assignments is aimed at agile transitions, but regardless of the chosen method, Jörk’s main focus is to provide his clients with the most suitable and individual solution to their challenges. Therefore, AGILEUS also sees itself as a conceptual design and implementation consultancy, hands on with an end-to-end responsibility. 

His professional background is physics, he studied in Wroclaw (Poland) and got his PhD in Jena. 

Before Jörk started his own business, he gained expertise in assignments on C-level in a global corporate as well in family-owned enterprise responsible for research and development, production, purchasing, product management, marketing, quality and supply chain. He completed his management expertise at the INSEAD Business School. For his personal achievements, he was honored with the 'Distinguished Service Award' of the Photo Marketing Association International.

In addition to his work as a consultant, Jörk is a highly qualified representative of the international Scrum community in the position of Certified Scrum Professional and has been involved in the development of the German economy together with other representatives of German top management in the Baden-Badener Unternehmergespräche e.V. for years. His work as an “Agile Leadership Journey Guide”, one of only a few in Germany, rounds off Jörk's profile in the field of agile management.
